What filters do you have for areas?

In the Mapalize app you will receive an extensive definition explanation for each of the filters below.

Employment rate: labor participation, employee and/or self-employed.

Corporate Locations: Numbers in the Culture & recreation, financial services & real estate, trade & hospitality, agriculture, forestry & fishing, industry & energy, business services.

Crime rate: theft, violent crime, environmental crime, fraud, other crime, traffic violation, vandalism and/or number of crimes.

Democracy: Composition percentage; birth, young people with youth care, married, unmarried, men, women, divorced, widowed, death and/or number of inhabitants. Origin percentage; Antilles& Aruba, Morocco, Suriname, Turkey, native, non-western immigrant and/or other non-western. Age percentage; 0 to 15 years, 15 to 25 years, 25 to 45 years, 45 to 65 years and/or 65 years and older.

Energy: average earth axis and electricity consumption overall, apartments, corner houses, rental houses, owner-occupied houses, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, detached houses and/or percentage of district heating.

Health monitor: Alcohol consumption; drinker, excessive drinker, complies with alcohol guideline and/or heavy drinker. Loneliness; lonely, emotionally lonely, severely/very severely lonely and/or socially lonely. Weight; severely overweight, normal weight, underweight and/or overweight. Helping others; informal care and/or volunteer work. Physical health; limited due to health, 1 or more long-term conditions, 1 or more physical limitations, severely limited due to health, hearing impairment, visual impairment, good/very good perceived health, long-term illness and limited and/or limited mobility. Other; Moderate/much control over own life and/or difficulty making ends meet. Mental health; (very) much stress in the past 4 weeks, high risk of anxiety or depression and/or moderate/high anxiety or depression. Smoking; smoker. Households: average household size, number of households, single household percentage, with children and/or without children.

Housing: Construction Period Percentage; for 1945, 1945 to 1955, 1955 to 1965, 1965 to 1975, 1975 to 1985, 1985 to 1995, 1995 to 2005, 2005 to 2015, and/or 2015 and later. Composition; number of addresses, average woz value, housing stock, percentage; single-family homes, ownership unknown, rental homes, rental housing corporation, owner-occupied homes, multi-family homes, uninhabited homes, other landlords and/or inhabited homes.

Income: 20% households with highest income, 20% persons with highest income, 40% households with lowest income, 40% persons with lowest income, average income per income recipient, average income per inhabitant, low-income households, median household wealth, percentage; WMO clients, income recipients, households below or around the social minimum, households up to 110% of the social minimum and/or households up to 120% of the social minimum. Payout percentage; general old age law, disability benefit, social assistance and/or unemployment law.

Environmental area in hectares: land, water and/or total.

Education level percentage: low, medium and/or high.

Urbanisation: number of environmental density addresses, buildings, sites and/or urbanity category.

Vehicles: number of passenger cars, motorcycles, number of passenger cars per household, percentage of passenger cars petrol and/or other fuels.

Facilities: Education; the distance to and number of: primary schools, havo-vwo, vmbo, and/or secondary education. Shops; the distance to and number of: supermarkets, department store and/or daily groceries. Entertainment; the distance to and number of: cinemas, amusement parks, music venues, museums and/or performing arts. Healthcare; the distance to and number of: pharmacies, GP post, GP practice, fire brigade and/or hospital. Hospitality; the distance to and number of: cafes, cafeterias, hotels and/or restaurants. Childcare; the distance to and number: daycare centers and/or out-of-school care. Mobility distance; ramp, transfer station and/or train station. Nature distance; forest, open natural area, public greenery, open dry natural area, open wet natural area, park or park, recreational inland water and/or semi-public greenery. Relaxation distance; library, day recreation area, artificial ice rink, sauna, sports area, recreational area, allotment garden, solarium and/or swimming pool.
